High speed DEAE agarose anionic ion exchange resin is a new bio-chemical separating medium. It is constituted from agarose pearls after cross linkage and introducing functional radical o form a high permetic semi-rigid chromatographic separating material.
This product is weakly basic, white pearl in appearance, 45-165μm size range(wet). Operating velocity (0.1Mpa≥400m/h, exchange capacity 0.10-0.18mmol/g.

This product has good hydrophilic property of natural saccharides and network structure, and good coherence to bio active molecule; it is especially used in the separation and purification of proteins, enzymes, polysaccharides, nucleic acid, and bio particles. It can also be used in blood constituent separation and purification, antigen, antibody and hepatitis bSerum separation and purification..
